Chris is an advisor and coach, with a career in business transformation and helping organisations expand, innovate and adapt. Chris helps leaders and teams to thrive in uncertain project environments and unlock opportunities for improvement and reinvention. Chris is an Associate Practitioner for Hofstede-Insights, holding certifications in both Organisational Culture and Intercultural Management.

Chris is passionate about supporting people through change and works as a mentor and coach to transformation leaders, teams and those making the transition from technical to leadership roles. Chris creates a positive and supportive environment for people to visualise the future, seize opportunity and navigate change.

Chris has spent two decades leading transformation programmes across South-East Asia and Australia and has worked with start-ups, family-owned businesses to global organisations. Chris has worked as an executive, enterprise architect, programme director and led teams in innovation, technology, consulting and operations. Chris has experience across multiple sectors including Medical Devices, Military, Utilities, Health, Government, Logistics, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Elite Sport and Technology.

Kavya Kilingaru lives a paradoxical life in ways.  As our Director of Technology, Kavya sets the path for our team and oversees key projects.  But there is much more to Kavya.  Much, much more.

Her Specialist Management pedigree, Research background and experience in Aviation Human Factors Analysis using machine learning beautifully balances her calming, maternal presence and interest in environmental conservation.

And Kavya’s love of data science, software development and process automation is eclipsed only by her devotion to her husband and young son and daughter.

But for all this, what people remember most about Kavya is her approach.  Understated.  Brilliant.  Collaborative.  Results-obsessed.  And when she’s not providing our clients with next level guidance and expertise, she can be found enjoying the classical Indian dance form Bharatanatyam.
