Dr Kavya Kilingaru

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Applied Machine Learning

Masters Degree Computer Science

Kavya Kilingaru lives a paradoxical life in ways.  As our Director of Technology, Kavya sets the path for our team and oversees key projects.  But there is much more to Kavya.  Much, much more.

Her Specialist Management pedigree, Research background and experience in Aviation Human Factors Analysis using machine learning beautifully balances her calming, maternal presence and interest in environmental conservation.

And Kavya’s love of data science, software development and process automation is eclipsed only by her devotion to her husband and young son and daughter.

But for all this, what people remember most about Kavya is her approach.  Understated.  Brilliant.  Collaborative.  Results-obsessed.  And when she’s not providing our clients with next level guidance and expertise, she can be found enjoying the classical Indian dance form Bharatanatyam.

What some of our customers have to say.

This world leading trial relied on the development of brand new capabilities at a scale not yet attempted by our team. Futureprojex partnered with us to undertake detailed project scoping and implementation planning and set up an ‘agile’ delivery model which included new technology development skills sets. The new operating model we established to deliver this project is still being used successfully to deliver our award winning ‘Future Networks’ innovation program.

Brendan Hampton, Head of Strategy, South Australian Power Networks

Chris Organ from Future Projex conducted a comprehensive Culture Scan that profoundly impacted Volleyball SA's organisational dynamics. The first workshop, focused on establishing the Optimal Culture, was a revelation. The Culture Scan provided Volleyball SA with an invaluable framework to strengthen our culture, enabling alignment with our strategic aspirations. Under Chris's guidance, VSA employees transformed strategy into a tangible, optimal organisational culture.

Karla Della Pietra, CEO, Volleyball South Australia

We love how Futureprojex are able to get right to the very root of complex systems problems, generating clarity of a system’s purpose and composition, and presenting it in a way that everyone can understand. The result of this is confidence and certainty, incredibly helpful when stepping out on a transformational journey or pivotal decisions need to be made.

Sam Loveridge, CEO and Founding Partner

The last six months working with Chris and his team at Future Projex has been an illuminating and enjoyable experience. We engaged Future Projex to cross validate some assumptions we had about transitioning our business into a completely new industry. We suffered from opportunity overwhelm, which Chris and his team quickly recognised and sprung into action establishing a framework that enabled us to build a roadmap quickly and prioritise our energy. Working with a small team with limited resources, we found this process to be hugely beneficial.

Daniels Langeberg, Founder & CEO, EcoCaddy

As an entrepreneur, I understood the strategy I wanted the business to pursue but I wanted to make sure that the organisation I was establishing was fit for purpose. It’s not just about hiring talent people, it’s about the business structure and systems and what you want people to do rather than technology. I really enjoyed working with Chris who had multiple tools and models to support the design of the organisational culture and architecture to deliver on the strategy. I recommend the process to any business owner or leader to ensure you can deliver your strategy.

Katherine Teh, Founder & Strategist, TEH&CO

Engaging Futureprojex was one of the smartest decisions our organisation has ever made. Their step-by-step change strategy was designed to be implemented not by Chris and his team, but by our own. This empowered and galvanised our staff and resulted in a supercharged lift of our business.
